Updates: "ART FOR TIBET" Online Auction, Tadanori Yokoo Interview, Etc.

It has been almost two months since I moved to NYC. After the setting-up period for new life here, I finally settled down a bit and started to work on my own gradually. Also Participated a charity-auction style group show "ART FOR TIBET" at Tibet House in Union Square last Saturday, 1st December, where many talented artists including Shepard Fairey, ROSTARR and Ryan McGinness have donated their art pieces to contribute to resolve on-going serious situation in Tibet. The online auction is available until 12th December. I donated a piece of Drawing below.
NYCに移住して約２ヶ月が経ちました。生活環境も少しずつ整い、自分の仕事にも徐々に取り組み始めています。12月1日土曜日には、ユニオン・スクエアにあるチベットハウスでオークション形式のグループ展に参加しました。現在も進行中のチベットの深刻な状況に寄与するために、シェパード・フェアリーやロースター、ライアン・マッギネスを含む多くの優れたアーティストが作品を寄贈しています。オンラインでのオークションは12月12日まで。僕は下記のドローイング作品を提供しました。

My Thesis "The Letter Racers"　拙稿「レター・レイサーズ」

I contributed my brand-new thesis on RAMMELLZEE "The Letter Racers: RAMMELLZEE and The Aerodynamism of Armed Letters" to Japanese critic journal REAR Vol.28. This might be the first serious critical text on RAMMELLSEE in Japanese language.
批評誌REAR最新28号に、拙稿「レター・レイサーズ―ラメルジーと武装文字の空気力学」を寄稿しました。恐らく日本語で書かれた最初の本格的ラメルジー論になります。

"The Tall Trees of Tokyo" by Matt Wagner　マット・ワグナー著「The Tall Trees of Tokyo」

My works and short interview are included in this art book "The Tall Trees of Tokyo" by Matt Wagner, who is Portland+Tokyo based curator and gallerist, and is one of my earliest American friend in art community since mid 00's. This book mainly focus on Tokyo street-influenced art scene.
アートブック「The Tall Trees of Tokyo」に作品と簡単なインタビューが掲載されています。著者のマット・ワグナーは東京とポートランドをベースに活動するキュレーターであり、また僕にとってはもっとも古くから付き合いのあるアメリカ人の知人でもあります。この本は主に東京のストリートアート・シーンを扱った内容になっています。
