さて、数ヶ月ぶりのブログ更新なので2011年のまとめも兼ねて書こうと思います。社会的にも個人的にも、昨年は色々なことがありました。国内では特筆すべき東日本大震災があり、また世界では革命が相次ぐなか、ニューヨークでは「Occupy Wall Street」などの大規模デモ運動も起こりました。個人的には、批評誌ユリイカ（特集：バンクシーとは誰か？）でのいとうせいこうさんとの対談や拙稿「バンクシーズ・リテラシー」の掲載、イタリア文化会館・東京でのグループ展、そして10月からはアジアン・カルチュラル・カウンシルのフェローシップとしてニューヨークのアーティスト・イン・レジデンスに参加していることが大きな経験になっています（このブログも今ニューヨークから執筆中）。と言いつつも、このブログでまだ紹介していなかった2011年の大事な仕事がいくつかあるので、ここに記しておきます。2011 was amazing year in multiple sense. Japan had a huge earthquake and catastrophic tsunami caused by it, and nuclear problems followed those natural disaster. On the other hand, I personally had some good opportunities such as: Releasing my thesis "Banksy's Literacy" and dialogue with Seiko Ito on Japanese critic magazine "Eureka", a group exhibition at Italian Cultural Council, Tokyo, and an artist residency program in New York supported by Asian Cultural Council. Besides, there are several important works I haven't been able to post on this blog yet, and this post is going to list them up. Wish you enjoy it!

まず、2011年10月に行なわれたパリ・コレクションでCOMME des GARÇONSのショーにアートワークを提供しました。これは渡米直前に急遽決まった仕事で、川久保玲さんとの直接のやり取りのなかでアートワークの方向性を定め、ショーに使用された４点を含む計８点の洋服に直接ペインティングを施しました。Firstly, I was commissioned by COMME des GARÇONS for their collection show in Paris Collection which was held in Autumn 2011. Rei Kawakubo and I discussed together and decided the direction of how to layout artwork on the clothing.

川久保玲さんとの仕事は刺激的でした。特にブランド主要ラインのCOMME des GARÇONSでパリ・コレクション用の洋服にアートワークを直接ペイントするということは前例がないらしく、プレッシャーと緊張感も強かった分、勉強になったと思います。COMME des GARÇONSオフィスでの制作の様子も載せておきます。Working with Rei Kawakubo was so exciting experience, although it was so hard-pressured and tough work since it's very rare for COMME des GARÇONS to let artist paint directly on their clothing of CDG, which is main section of the brand.
